Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the MoYu TV mobile application and the website https://moyutv.app (together, the "Service"), operated by MoYu TV ("we", "us"). By creating an account, downloading the app or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, AI & Content Policy and Subscriptions & Refunds page, which are incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you need your parent's or guardian's permission. Some titles are restricted to adults (18+).
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account in a way that circumvents the Service's limits. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You may delete your account at any time – see Delete account.
License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, and to access the Service, for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Movies, content and availability
- Titles and features offered through the Service are made available by us and our content partners. Availability varies by country, device, time and subscription, and titles may be added or removed at any time.
- Streaming requires an internet connection. Your mobile carrier may charge data fees.
- Titles with mature themes carry an age rating or label. You are responsible for choosing content appropriate for you and for any minors you supervise.
- Descriptions, summaries, ratings and artwork are provided for information and may contain errors.
- All content is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it only through the Service and only for personal use. You must not download, record, copy, redistribute, publicly perform or otherwise exploit content, or bypass any technical protection measure.
AI features
- The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, search results, summaries and chat replies ("AI Output"). AI Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not professional advice.
- Use your own judgment before relying on AI Output, especially for age-appropriateness of a title.
- You are responsible for the prompts you submit. Do not submit unlawful content, other people's personal data without a right to do so, or sensitive information about yourself that you do not wish to share. Do not attempt to bypass safeguards of the AI features.
- Between you and us, you keep any rights you have in your prompts. AI Output is for your personal use within the Service. We do not guarantee that AI Output is unique or free of third-party rights.

Subscriptions and payments
Some features or content may require a paid, auto-renewing subscription. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel in your store account before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by the store that processed your payment. Full details, including how to cancel, are on our Subscriptions & Refunds page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
- upload, generate or share content that is illegal, sexually exploits or endangers minors, is hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, deceptively impersonates others or promotes violence or self-harm;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, models, prompts or data from the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or test its security, introduce malware, or overload our systems;
- use bots, automation or other means to access the Service or to create accounts, or to extract data from AI features at scale;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content;
- circumvent geographic restrictions, age gates, subscription limits or content protection.
Your content
You may be able to submit ratings, reviews, comments, prompts and feedback ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce and display Your Content as needed to operate, secure, personalize and improve the Service. You promise that you have the rights to Your Content and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law. You can report content in the app or by emailing [email protected].
Intellectual property
The Service, including the MoYu TV name and logo, software, design, text, and compilations, is owned by MoYu TV or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Titles, posters and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, see our Copyright (DMCA) policy.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate services from third parties (such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, sign-in providers, cloud and AI providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content or restrict features – with notice where practical – if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (for example intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive. If we terminate your paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused portion where the store's policy and the law allow.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service or AI Output will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoYu TV and its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoYu TV from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which MoYu TV is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of that country, except that if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection laws there.
Additional terms for iOS and Android users
These Terms are between you and MoYu TV only – not Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you additionally acknowledge and agree that:
- Scope of license: the license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service Usage Rules.
- Maintenance and support: MoYu TV, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any.
- Warranty: if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses or expenses are our responsibility.
- Claims: MoYu TV, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance and consumer-protection claims.
- Intellectual-property claims: in the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual-property rights, MoYu TV, not Apple, is solely responsible for its investigation, defense and settlement.
- Legal compliance: you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or designated a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties.

- Third-party terms: you must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example your wireless data service agreement) when using the app.
- Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.
If you obtained the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice (for example in the app or by email). By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
